The final product turned out to be excellent. The first product sent had colors that were off. I requested a replacement and was very quickly sent at no cost a new mug with colors that were correct. The 5 stars are because they immediately corrected the issue. At first I would have given it a one because the colors were off. Zazzle immediately sent a replacement that was beautifully done. So a five for customer service and the final product.
