Saint Anthony of Padua Patron of Lost Things Table Number

Saint Anthony of Padua Patron of Lost Things Table Number

A warm and devotional portrayal of Saint Anthony of Padua (1195–1231), the beloved Franciscan friar renowned for his powerful preaching, profound biblical knowledge, and countless miracles. According to the official Basilica of Saint Anthony in Padua, he was born in Lisbon and later joined the Franciscan Order, dedicating his life to evangelization and service. Celebrated for his compassion toward the poor and his extraordinary gift of teaching, Anthony traveled across Italy and France, drawing immense crowds. His sermons were so influential that he became known as the “Hammer of Heretics” and the “Evangelical Doctor.” The Basilica notes that he died in Padua at the age of 36, and his tomb quickly became a major pilgrimage site, associated with healings and answered prayers. He is universally venerated as the patron saint of lost items, a devotion rooted in stories of his intercession in recovering what is lost — both materially and spiritually. His iconography often includes the Child Jesus, who, according to tradition, appeared to him in a mystical vision. Perfect for sacred art prints, devotional materials, educational content, and designs celebrating Franciscan spirituality and Christian charity.

Arrived in the post this morning and I'm so happy with them! First thing I wanted to do was write a review and show them off to my family and friends. The quality of the photo is superb, the colours and quality of the card is excellent, I paid extra to have the better quality card and I'm glad I did.

We cannot wait to use this at our wedding, and after arrival, we quickly ordered all the numbers for the rest of our tables 🙂 We bought a plastic sale sign, to place them in and love outcome! Very clear design and text!

We used these for our table plan. They’re quite small but enough to write all the names. Great for our lemon theme. As it looked on screen
