It can mean just about anything, but is especially used in attempts to sell you something. E.g: Q “Is this a real rolex?” A “Yes, same same but different”. It became such a popular expression that is part of the urban dictionary in cities around the world.

Good packing with cardboard envelope. Shipping with UPS tracking is cool watching it travel around the globe to my door. Gloss finish really good, good adhesive used on the sticker, used it to cover a strange apple logo on my tablet and fairy dust the case. Also have a spare sticker to slap on my car. {;-)
