About This Design

Seward Street Slides Tee

Seward Street Slides Tee

Tucked between quiet houses and eucalyptus trees, the Seward Street Slides aren’t just concrete—they’re a rite of passage. Built by a 14-year-old in the 1970s and still thrilling generations of cardboard-clutching locals, these slides are part sculpture, part speed trial, and all San Francisco. This tee pays tribute to the unofficial rules (bring your own cardboard, go fast, try not to scream), and the official feeling of being a kid in a weird and wonderful city. Soft, comfy, and built for play—just like the slides themselves.

The T-shirt is great quality! The cotton is thick and does not lose its shape. I bought this as a gift last Christmas and since then it has been washed many times and I haven't seen any stretching or tears. The size fits perfectly. The printing is excellent. The colours and the design were exactly as shown in the picture. One year after, it hasn't faded due to washing.
