It is a very nice mug with a nice size handle, so you don't have to worry about not being able to use the handle and having to grab a hot mug. Very durable. The printing is very good, bright, even, and centered.

I bought 2 because the pic looks like our silver lab. I like the dark inside -- it won 't stain up. This wasn't a "custom job"
