my product showed up much quicker then I expected. There was a problem with the print and I had to have reprints done. I used the front and shade that was defaulted so some of the numbers did not print well. The customer service I received regarding the reprint was very good. I was credited back the money on my account, was waived the hassle of having to return the bad prints. I am hopeful the reprints will look fine. so far, although a little delay for reprints, it has been a good experience. I had a problem with the print. the dates were faded and so I had to have reprint to make sure the date was clear to my guest. I used the default font and shading. In the preview the issue was not obvious until the actual printed product showed up I have made a correction and reorder at this point. have not receive second print so don't know if problem is solved or not but i am hopeful
