Coasters were exactly as pictured and my team was very pleased with them! They were produced and shipped super fast which was incredible since we placed a very large order.
They looked great, except for a couple of them (not bad out of 720 coasters). The company immediately replaced those that weren’t perfect (a couple had chips in them and a couple were slightly blurry). We received the replacements in a matter of days. Almost all of 720 coasters were perfect and they immediately replaced the 4 that were not.
