Simple Silhouettes Wedding Program

I love these programs, mainly because of the detail on the back. I had never saw a program like this one, and that is what makes it so different. I was able to customize the program and change the colors to my wedding colors. I chose the Matte finish, and it was perfect. Printing was great. I highly recommend.

I did finally get help with the order. There was a glitch somehow for the product I put in the cart was the old one -even tho not what I saw when I checked out. Yet, this time a rep helped me catch up, corrected the issues that remained and placed the order. It shipped very quickly and was well packed. The quality is a very good product. I would definitely recommend/order from zazzle again. The printing was spot on this time.

For the price & quality it was so-so. It shipped timely, and we were able to design with a template; however the flourishes are very messy looking in person and certainly not what one would choose on a simple & elegant wedding program. I did wind up having to re order due to misspelled names, but there was no discount for correcting an error. We reordered and simply got the sales price that was online at time, which was higher than the 15% they offered to us when they offered us to reorder. While I appreciated the option to be able to order cheap and quickly (so I could make sure of the quality), I have to say that the lack of online chat, or immediate customer support, to resolve issues is disappointing for timing is everything, and waiting overnight on an email response, defeats the purpose as I am finding with my reorder, where unfortunately I have found yet another issue and it has not shipped yet so I HOPE we catch. I will say for the price and quality of paper it is worth trying again, but not sure I will choose this route if needed in future. Poor flourish images everything else would have been great-did not realize they would look that sloppy-
