It's printed on Cotton Fabric of a good sturdy quality and the seams and hidden zipper are neatly sewn. It is a one sided design, which I wanted. I love the co-ordinated custom light blue shade for the solid color reverse of the pillow, which matches that in the design. It allows me to decorate with a bit more variety. The black color is not quite as dark as I thought. Probably because it is cotton. I know the polyester will print darker. If I get another pillow with black in it, I will order the polyester fabric instead.

I love putting my art collages on these pillows. The image is perfectly printed. And I love the outdoor fabric option... [ the pillow does not get saturated, even in a deluge]! The quality is awesome - these pillows are plump, and DO NOT FLATTEN with use. The images on front and back are perfectly registered. Awesome printing!
