They are the longest day (Summer Solstice, Litha) and the longest night (Winter Solstice, Yule). Theya re powerful, sacred days marked with ritual and magic throughout the world. I created the moon using an 18th century astronomy textbook's painting of the full moon. I recoloured and altered the image to create my signature crescent moon image, which I use exclusively in my Etsy shop and on all of my packaging.
