Somali Bee-Eater Vintage Art Pattern Tie
The vibrant Somali Bee-eater, scientific name Merops revoilii, makes a fascinating pattern on a handsome tie. Perfect for a bird lover. The background colour is a pale cream yellow. You can change the background colour if you like. The Somali Bee-eater lives in East Africa’s driest savanna, from Somaliland east into southeastern Ethiopia, west to Saudi Arabia, and south in to Kenya. From a vintage illustration by J. Terrier, in Faune et flore des pays Çomalis (Afrique orientale), published in Paris in 1882. All royalties and referrals received by the Somaliland Biodiversity Foundation's shop will be donated by us to the Somaliland Biodiversity Foundation. Thank you for your support.
