Our conversion and baking tip designs came from our own frustration at pausing mid bake to look things up. After a search to try and buy conversion charts to keep in the kitchen, we couldn’t find anything in our style, so we’ve designed a range based around a simple aged paper design reminiscent of old cookery books. This is our British spoon measures conversion reference. Being able to translate metric and imperial units and measure with and without scales is a real boon in any kitchen. A fluid ounce in the United States is slightly different to British fluid ounces (which are also used in older recipes in Australia), this British reference is based on British fluid ounces. There’s always some rounding necessary to get a single unit number liquid and fat weights and a flours and sugars weights, the teaspoon has the widest weight range of variation for flours and sugars. Reference and recipe cards are a kitchen classic, and this is an ideal way to keep kitchen reference guides handy. This product is customizable so you can add notes to the back before printing if you wish.
