Since we did terra cotta ceramic tile floors and faux-antique copper ceilings, I wanted small touches, like the clock, to also bring out the reddish stone/metal vibe. This clock worked well on that level. I might have picked the larger size if I'd seen them in person, and it is very lightweight, but non-breakable. Overall, a good and unusual choice. Readable close up but a bit difficult from further away...still, I am vision-impaired and feel comfortable with it. Color is excellent with rest of room.
