Very very disappointed. I ordered these items on December 9 because our holiday is celebrated on Dec. 22. Just saw that the order will not be delivered until Dec. 23. This was ordered to surprise my daughter and now it won't even be here in time. Don't think I will trust any future orders.

Never received the order

Great product as gift idea. I gave them out as gifts to my office and they liked them. Exactly what I expected!

I didn’t receive 2 out of 3 of my order, i’ve made 2 emails, one just regularly and one to returns like I was told to. this product is fine but the service is crap

I'm still waiting for my order! I ordered 50 ornaments on December 2nd and still nothing!! They were to go out with my Christmas cards. Today is the 19th and still no word. This is sad and totally unacceptable!

This is the second time that I have ordered officer plaques through this company. I paid extra to make sure they would be here for my dinner tonight. Once again this company has failed me. I am formally requesting a refund.

The tags came out perfect. Recipients loved them.

Lovely pastel pink and peach colours. Looks very feminine. Print is crisp. The colours on the dot grid are subtle, and you can easily tell the difference between the two colours. Board is sturdy. Plenty of magnetic strips. The pen and holder is well placed.

The luggage tags were better than I expected but the strap on the tags were flimsy & I hope they don't come apart.

I would have a better view if this order was handled a little better. Asking for pictures, etc…. Shouldn’t be required. My explanation of what was wrong was easily fixable with just my email.

The printing and photo imaging quality was great. I would order these again.

These 'trophies' really made our internal Awards Event come to life. We had limited time to get them created and Nadja.R's brilliant design was quick & easy to implement onto the chosen hardware using the online design tool. Delivery was super-fast and the end result (pictured) was a real talking point amongst colleagues 'on the night'. We'll definitely come back and use Zazzle again. Thank you for doing such a great job!!!!

Recipient was very pleased with this item.

They were ordered Nov 21 received 13 days later. Ordered 10 got 6 four that were wrong contacted them on Dec 4 and it it 13 days later and they have not corrected the issue yet. Still 2 out of 10 and still waiting. Don’t order from this company. Awful service
