We are a network of blogs and media profiles focused on providing independent musicians the ultimate platform to promote their music...for free! ALL GENRES are welcome to Submit! Jobs will relocate you, family will pull you away, and we will all experience loss. Partnerships will break, parents will tell us to "be real", and confidence will waiver. The thing that will never leave us is our burning desire to create, our desire to make noise, that...no one can take from us. So here we are, estranged commrades scattered about this crazy world with only our passions tieing us together. This is the point of the DDC, it's about community, support, and togetherness. Being a musician can be one of the most frustrating professions and/or hobbies. I don't think anyone would deny that! It is our hope here at the DDC to eleviate some of that stress by giving artists a one stop destination to hear and be heard. This is the place that can hub all sound platforms together and showcase talents that would normally be impossible to sumple upon. This is the place where a big break is not neccessary to make it. This is the place that money will get you know where. This is the place where anyone can be a star. We at the DDC promote an inclusive community, open to all genres and walks of life. We support all forms of musical expression. We support all dreams and aspirations. Most importantly, we support each other. "There is power in unity and there is power in numbers." Together our tiny whispers can become a mighty roar. So contribute to the community, share your gifts, thoughts, and feelings. Tell your friends, tell everyone, because you never know when your "nothing" can turn into something.
