Easy to design but printed to dark when it arrived.

Dark. Submitting the form says my comment on the printing was to short. Don’t know any other way to say it was to dark than just saying it was dark.

The quality of the product is very good and I am overall happy with it. The only issue I have is that the background colour, behind the logo, is a different colour to the preview I saw before I ordered. In the preview it looked black, however, on arrival it is more of a grey and a different colour to the back of the sleeve. This does not fully reflect our corporate colours. Any suggestions???
