Good quality small jigaw puzzle. Took over a month to get here but not surprising for regular post to Italy. Not sure what US to Italy is. However, very good quality puzzle which I look forward to making and framing. Tried to buy one here but none available so well done to the producer. Nice shine on the pieces so should look good. I had promised a new friend in Sanremo that I would find and make a jigsaw of his home town as he had an amazing 5k jigsaw in the apartment we rented in Sanremo in September. Thank you Zazzle artist, I recommend you to everyone and may buy some more, nothwithstanding the postal cost and time from the US to Italy.

I'm told by the kids that these plates hold up wonderfully for the grandkids, like even 4 years later! They also asked for me to start making the grandkids these when I took one year off. :)

Loved the option to customize this guest book. Put a photo on the back cover with added text. Was unfamiliar with zazzle. Called in and learned about creating an account and got GREAT guidance to help me navigate and create the desired layout. Received product in three days and was blown away at the high quality of the elegant book that has a chalkboard is background. Top shelf momento in a nice box. Very HAPPY!

Printing was good but glossy finish detracted, would have preferred a matte finish.

My parcel arrived today via FedEx they left in in the recycling box which is fine but they left it sticking out as it was full even though there is another box very viable that is empty that it could have been left in. When opened it has arrived in just a plain black box with a same picture label of what the jigsaw looks like. I don't know why but I just thought it would be presented a little bit better considering the price and maybe the picture sticker on the box could actually fill the box lid rather than three quarters of it, this is for an elder woman as a gift and I feel like I now need to jazz it up a little and actually explain what it is.

The print from what I can see on the pieces seems fine and clear but I wouldn't say you'd know till you've put the jigsaw together.
