This product captured every moment from year to year, it was much appreciated as a birthday gift, The pictures are small, ensure you choose slightly smaller photos to use so that they will be visible on the final product.

The plaque turned out really nice, and my wife loved it. On the other hand, I'm disappointed that the gift box I paid for was not included in the delivery. It was supposed to be a birthday present and the box would've kept it more of a surprise.

First set of coasters arrived and they were perfect. Ordered more and they arrived quick but the color was off. Worked with Customer Service to get replacements. They were very professional and apologetic and they redid the coasters without any issues and promptly. Replacements are perfect. Would highly recommend. Great Coasters, clients love them.
