Legal Jive’s mission statement is to help people understand the legal quagmire by reading the opinions of clients who have experienced the legal system. The legal process is a loaded deck of marked cards. Legal Jive is not giving legal advice, merely providing a platform for the clients to judge the players in the legal system. We want clients to share their legal experiences, tell their stories and let others know what was positive and negative. Was your lawyer successful in prevailing for you? Was your Judge fair, attentive, and interested in your case? Was your special co-trustee, mediator or arbitrator effective in finding a quick and just end to your case? Or did your legal issue get dragged out and create more legal fees than were reasonable? Was your lawyer worth the money? Was the legal experience worth the time that you can never get back? Legal Jive’s platform of sharing will put the power of the critique into the hands of the client and not the rulers of the legal process.
