I can easily pull the case away from the phone in that area which will allow dust etc. to enter. The case that I had prior to this one was a better fit which was I purchased at the Apple store. I do like the Union Jack design and case for the XS Max but I am concerned with the lack of a tight fit around those specific areas. Has anyone complained about this? Can this problem be corrected?
