The product is darling. Had a problem screwing the top onto the soap dispenser, but cut off the tube & was finally able to get it on. It will go in my bathroom & be cute!

Was a little disappointed--there is a quarter inch white vertical band going the bodies of the dogs from top to bottom on both the toothbrush holder & soap dispenser. I will just put that to the back, & it will be ok.

Had to get a gift for a guy with two dogs and this was perfect.

The quality of the mugs was okay. The regular shape mug was great, the crescent shaped one was flawed even with the replacement order. This is an awesome idea and product if the mugs are as advertised. The customer service is the best. Even though I was disappointed with the product, I couldn't have asked for better service and they went over and above to take care of me. I would recommend anything from here just because I know that I will be taken care of to my satisfaction. 9th anniversary traditional is ceramic, so says internet search. :-)

The printing was perfect. Clear, not blurry, and exactly as aligned on the design page. Hubby Wifey and below was a faded heart with Always so the smear/fade is the look we wanted on that part and it was perfect. The Heart shape was the bible verses of Love, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 and it was clear and easy to read. We didn't do the split image between the two mugs because our art work wasn't working for us and what we wanted, but still an awesome idea of the nesting mugs. I put Hubby on the crescent mug even though it holds less liquid because, to me, it's like me (Hubby) holding my wife (Wifey). :-)

Very cute, I thought they would be printed on the block but it looks like they are glued on photo paper. They are very nice though can't wait to put it on the tree.

I'm very happy with my new card holder, the quality is really nice and it seems quite durable. I love that i was able to personalize the design and layout of the images. It's nice to have something unique that represents you. The only negative i can say is the lining inside on the back was a little off center so it was not sitting completely flush in one corner. I was able to press it down and squeeze it in place well enough.

The design turned out lovely and the colors were spot on. Everything looked as I was expecting it to.

I like the pewter snowflake design and have a couple of them.

The cardinal weathering a snowstorm photo came out great. The colors are very nice.

Better than I anticipated!

One of the mugs is a little smaller than standard size, the other mug is crescent shaped and significantly smaller than standard size. This worked out for the people who received the gift, but I was surprised when it arrived.

The design on this particular item was lovely, but the compact mirror itself does not seem to be the best quality. It's ok but I think I expected a bit heavier product.
