Picture It On Canvas

I received my serving tray today and although the colors are pretty, I was very disappointed to find damaged areas. One side was not connected all the way; there are cracks on the inner side of 2 corners and there were some small black screw cover stickers left on the tray.

I normally order my metal prints via Costco/Shutterfly but Zazzle was faster just before Christmas. It came out beautiful and arrived earlier than expected. Just in time for Christmas.

Order placed on 12/9. Product received 12/19 and print was off center. I contacted customer service on the 19th and they stated they would reprint it. Today is 1/5 and I still haven't received the reprint.

I still have not received my order. I am very upset because I thought it was straightened out. I paid for two custom iPhone cases and still have not received them.

The printing is clear but outside of that, very disappointed with this purchase. The mouse pad is completely separated from the base and there is nothing to securely attach it so it doesn’t come off. Additionally, the base feels very cheap, is thin, and is NOT skid resistant. Very disappointing.

Not great. I wish it was all in one and not separate pieces. It hurts my wrist more.

I ordered this collage in another option and wasn’t happy with it…no problem! Zazzle promptly refunded my money and I reordered two of this photo collage on metal. They are outstanding!! I love them so much! I have ordered many items from Zazzle and have been more than happy! I highly recommend them!

The product overall is good. But I didn't think the picture came separately to the mouse pad. You then have to apply the picture yourself. I thought the picture was imprinted onto the pad. Also the mouse pad is very hard material. Price wise very good and delivered on time. Problem was that the carrier UPS site would not allow you to change delivery address.

I felt like the photo was not of good quality.

Not happy at all!! Did not come even close to what it was supposed to look like. Photos were cropped therefore peoples heads were cut off and I am just not happy at all.

Personalized pad is super thin and base warped because shipped in bag not box. 10 of the plastic bases were no longer lying flat. Will try to put weight on to flatten back out. Disappointing for coworker gifts.
