I used this template for our business so that service techs had something to verify who they are & who they work for. This design is easy to customize & use. We don't use the bar code but you can easily delete that if needed. I will continue to use this template for all of current techs as well as the new hires we have coming in.

The colors came out slightly darker than what they appeared on the site but it still works well.

This is exactly what I was looking for and provides a bit more peace of mind when my son goes to school! Allergies can be scary, especially when your child is too young to understand. Now I don’t have to solely rely on a teacher’s memory and other methods. I have one clipped to each bag he has a a quick easy reminder and alert of his allergies!
