    I made myself a custom case and messed-up the sizing of the photo. When I called the customer service they were more than happy to teach me how to fit the photo properly and then replaced the case for free. Great service, very happy, will be back!

    I dropped my phone after I put the case on. It naturally cracked in the spots the case doesn't cover.
