Poor printing quality. The print along the zipper is crooked, this was ordered for a gift that we did to give because of the poor quality. We'd like a credit to our account -happy to return, thank you

It was folded in my mailbox causing them all the be creased and warped and look awful.

Terrible we wasn’t able to use it because is too small and doesn’t fit anything. First 2 we got was great size not sure why this time are too small

Printing on the sides is nice, but there is a crease and image distortion on the circle logo I put on the bottom piece. It looks like it's due to the printing process which I feel like there should be a warning about. Definitely shouldn't have passed quality control after printing. There is also some fraying on the edge in several locations.

Not satisfied Poor quality and detail. Two corners slightly bent, excess paper on the corners of pockets, perforated lines tore. I typically have a great experience with Zazzle. This order was a disappointment.

I love the design shown on zazzle, but this koozie arrived printed with such minimal ink I can barely see the design I’m so excited about. 🫤

Grandpa loved it! Added it to his collection

These are supposed to be my wedding favors and this is what I received. It is so ugly and I will not be offering these to my guests. They looked like a bunch of defects. The replacement batch was just as bad as the first. I this is my special day and I am not about to have these defective items as favors.

Using my own picture worked out great!! I love the quality, just wish they weren't so expensive.

My order was made and delivered promptly and the quality of the print was excellent.

Designs were as pictured but the ink was smearing & smudged on the koozies.

Infinity sign appeared it would be around zipper in preview, but printed on 1 side instead. Makes it a little off balance

The customized can cooler was just as described. Very good quality. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

The words I had included "Crazy Horse" were not on the product....as this is a Christmas present I am taking to the recipient next week there wasn't time to reorder and as the price was quite reasonable for a bespoke item, I decided not to quibble over the ommission. But still felt I should only give two stars as order not as placed.
