Love the product & customization tools your website has. It was very easy to see what the final outcome would be with the 3d, real-life looking images that populate as you type in what you want to say. I love that it gives you little icons to use so you know there will be a high-enough quality image. I also love the opportunity to provide a full background design, there were so many options I loved. Most sites charge the same amount for 2 colors, but don't give you the cool background options. I think the koozies arrived about 10-14 days earlier than the initial estimate, which was exciting. I'm happy the site offered a discount because full price would make me less happy about each koozie.

All the colors were exactly as I expected, they look just like the computer renderings I saw when producing. The only thing I am disappointed with is the custom photos that I added. When you add an image, you have the chance to select whether the background goes transparent or is cropped off around the image. I really didn't want to see the white background and I believed it would be cropped out based on the option I selected. I was hoping to get an email with a proof to approve prior to shipping as well so I could feel at ease about this particular portion of the design. When I got them in the mail I was and still am disappointed about this part. But I do believe they did some tweeking possibly to make the white background appear as best as possible (over the decorative background). Half of the recipients of the koozies are also architects/designers and noticed this flaw, the other half are perfectly happy and didn't notice. Oh well, but had to knock down the rating a tad for this reason.

I can't wait to start handing these out to my clients! The paper is nice and thick. I like the shape of the cardholder; you can fit any layout into it. There are additional slots on the right pocket for other things.

Colors are vibrant and the detailed is sharp! Looks WAY better in person than on a computer screen ;)

This personalized koozie is cute. Great stocking stuffer. The image is ok, not that clear but it is what I expected. The surface is hard to project an image on. It is a great gag gift for a special occasion.

I was so very pleased with this product from the idea to the receipt of the tote. It's such a fun and different gift so that's a big win. The customization is good for so many different images -- people, places, things! -- so it can be given on many occasions. And the wine tote itself is perfect. It's very sturdy and looks great.

I was quite satisfied with the printing quality. I'm giving it to a couple who have a vineyard so I used a photo of the vineyard on the front and a picture from the grape harvest on the back. There were lots of different colors and they look fine. Do be aware that you're not going to get a really sharp image as you would printed on photo paper. It is a cloth tote. I'm happy.

Great design and so fun . They look good and, well, you can never have too many can coolers! I will order more for gifts.
