Imagine a young child, eye level with a floor full of miniature toys, concentrating intently on building a make-believe world. To the child, the toys are not miniature figures made of plastic or wood. They are real characters with real adventures. The child frames the action, crafting scenes that unfold in a world of imagination. Looking through the lens of my camera brings to life the photojournalist within me, where the story takes place in a world where events are changing constantly. As a former TV News Photojournalist I have been involved in all aspects of Television Production. From being a TV News Photojournalist, to a Producer, a Director, I have seen it all. After working in TV news for a number of years I finally hung up my video camera for a DSLR, where I decided to start my own photography business (White Shadow Photography). However there are days I miss when I wish I had HMI lights for outdoors shoots, but oh well! The nice part of having my own Photography business is the fact that I don't have to worry about answering pages at 2am to cover any kind of breaking news such as fires, accidents, crime scenes etc. Well this is getting long so I'll end it by saying I'm currently shooting on a Nikon D300, D200 and as a third backup my trusty Nikon D70s. For those quick and candid photographs I shoot with a Casio EX-V8. Well there is my story and I'm sticking to it... "When I was a young boy, I tried and listen, And I wanna feel like that...
