We just received the two lunch boxes I ordered for my little girls. They seemed to be excited with the turn out of Elsa. It will fit a sandwich and two small cups of something. I didn't give it 5 stars for a few reasons including we haven't really used them yet and I am not all that impressed with the picture part. It is literally printed on a piece of thicker paper. My first thought is that my soon to be kindergartener will spill something on them and get it wet and it will be ruined in no time. I am not sure why its not laminated or something. Also, its hard to tell what side is the top or bottom because the same picture is on both sides. They kept opening them and the ice pack would fall out. It will definitely be easier to clean then a traditional lunch box that doesn't completely open up.

This lunch box is exceptionally well made. It's very durable and very spacious! My son has taken this to school almost every single day this past school year.

Lunchbox is what I expected. Grips were good and size is okay. However, my 5 1/2 years old girl had trouble opening the box. We had to put ribbon tips out when we closed this box. She pull the ribbon upward and it helps her to open the box. Little disappointed for the opening mechanism.

The design is great and so is the printing. However, I wish i would have known the printing was on cardboard.

The quality of the custom images was good, and I am pleased with the lunchbox itself. However, I was a little surprised about the construction of the product. The image is printed on a flimsy, card stock type paper that is easily soiled or damaged which is inserted on to the sides of the lunch box. I was expecting something much sturdier. In fact, though I may have been mistaken, I was expecting the image to appear directly on the plastic side panels. I could have actually just printed out the images myself, cut them out, and placed them on any similar yubo box. For the price of the product, I was a little disappointed.

The quality of the image is good, but the material on which it is printed is cheap, easily damaged, and inappropriate for the product.

We've only been using it for 2 weeks, but it is very easy to clean, easy for my 5 year old daughter to open the containers and lunch box, but at the same time it's not too loose, and she loves the Elsa print! You can also fit quite a bit of food into the lunch box with the provided containers. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

I got this lunch box for my birthday. I love the durability and the fact that I can wash it. I don't understand why there isn't a place for utensils. It is a lunch box after all and no matter what I do, they won't fit! I wish they would have either included or made room for utensils in the design. I don't like that I have to bring an extra bag just for a fork and spoon everyday.

My grand daughter wanted a cheetah print lunch box for school. I found this awesome cheetah print lunch box on Zazzle AND it was monogrammed with her name, which made it doubly special. She came home from school and said that everybody LOVED her lunch box. Not only is it pretty to look at, but its very sturdy. We love it!

The printing turned out great. I've never found anything with my grand daughters name printed on it (Heaven), so it was really cool to be able to get this for her. And it shipped really fast.

i love that this lunch box can be put in the dishwasher to get cleaned, unlike the typical zip up fabric lunch box which ends up with food inside and smelly. but i had two problems with it that i wasn't expecting. first you really need to just use the containers it comes with to make sure that you can securely close the lunch box. i tried putting a regular pudding cup bought from the store in there and i couldn't close it because it was just too high for the lid to close. second my 5 yr old kindergartner had trouble at school closing it. you do have to snap the lid on so it is secure and she was having trouble with it so i had to buy her a zip lunch box. i will try it again when she is a little older and hopefully she can do it then. overall it is a great product and i would recommend it for a little bit older kid.

I am a designer on Zazzle and my Grandson and I put this one together. He LOVED it!!! we plan to make some faceplates for him as well to match up with his school shirts. The quality of this lunchbox is absolutely wonderful. Its built for the age and makes it fun for the little one to use for school. The only thing I would recommend is buying a attachment water bottle. The containers inside fit perfect. I will be removing the the little ones for a juice box for now. His snacks can be put in a sandwich bag and still fit perfectly. Love The product and highly recommend it for any child.

The printing I was a little worried because It was a picture we took. The printing came out beautifully!

I loved that the lunch box was customizable and very washable. I had pretty high expectations given the price point. I was bummed that I couldn't put in silverware and the cold pack. Everything fits so tight you don't have any wiggle room. I've since ditched some of the tupperware.

First time around the printed sheets disintegrated in water. Apparently there was a printing error. The new ones seem to be holding up, but could use a little more sturdiness to them.

Clever idea. Needed more mom input. Pluses: dishwasher safe, customizable images. Ice pack built in. Minuses: SMALL. Hardcase means no larger items can be put in it...e.g. if you have the cooler pack in it you cannot put a large apple in it and close it. (As compared to soft lunch boxes that can bulge out a little and still be zipped.) Customizable face plate is very thin -- paperlike. Wont' endure. Will get marked up easily. Suspect designers did not test this lunchbox in a grade school boy's backpack. Difficult for kid to open. Bought this for a 3rd grader who brings lunch and morning snacks to school. Cannot fit his thermos for hot lunches even without the cooler. Is designed strictly for one sandwich, with 2 little side dishes. It's basically the same footprint (length and width and depth) as standard kid lunchboxes, but because it cannot flex very little can fit in with the cover closed.

No qualms with the printing.

I was especially excited to be able to customize the image on these boxes as I had a specific aesthetic goal. But, the faceplates are flimsy, loose in their slots, and buckle easily. The product suggests that they are waterproof and tear-proof. I admit I've not had cause to test the theory yet, but with the evident weight and heft of card-stock, I have little confidence that these plates will hold up to regular lunch use, especially for a child. Nonetheless, they look nice. I do wish that I felt more confident in the durability of the faceplates. The box itself and the included containers are fine and functional; they'll work great for bento-style lunches. But, at this price-point, the real draw for the product is the opportunity for customization.

The printing itself is excellent quality, but to call the printed material a "faceplate" is a gross overstatement.

This lunchbox seems to be good quality and durable. I like the fact that you can put it in the dishwasher and change out the face plates to make it seem like a new, different lunchbox. The only downside is, I am used to soft, flexible material that allows for easy packing of the lunch. This is hard and unflexible, which can make fitting everything a little challenging.

My daughter got a "Frozen" back pack with an image of Anna and Elsa hugging and asked for a lunchbox with this as well. Her request was nowhere to be found until I Googled it and this product came up. It came out nice, with good colors and I loved that I could out her name on it since the school required that anyway.

My reservation ... at some point my daughter will bump into something and the entire contents of her lunch will spill and we will need to go out and buy a new lunch box. It such a great idea with such an obvious design flaw. The panels just push in and there is no means of securing them. I don't think it will make the whole school year, unfortunately.
