Its what he says when something doesn't quite turn out as thought, (mostly lighthearted situations i.e. something not arriving on time, etc). Most of my friends know this saying is entirely him, and find it highly amusing, and now use it in their own situations. I thought it made the perfect, unique gift for his birthday.
