When I received the two hoodies they were printed incorrectly, they had the “saying” on both the front and the back, which looks weird to have the same exact saying/slogan on the front as you do on the back. Now, this could have been a mistake on my part or on their part, I’m not entirely sure, but I only wanted the words on the back of both hoodies… And while I was on the phone with CS about that issue I noticed I spelled something wrong on one of the hoodies (which was definitely my mistake). Customer service associate was SUPER EASY to work with, before I noticed the spelling mistake they were willing to reprint the hoodies with the words on just the back of both hoodies and overnight them to me for the double sided print mistake, which was SUPER awesome! BUT, they couldn’t do that for the spelling mistake hoodie, which I understood, it’s having a whole new print design made. What they did do was offer me a FULL credit to my account so I could fix MY spelling mistake… And I mean credit on everything, on the hoodies, on the shipping, the tax and on the expedited shipping I had paid for my original order (which keep in mind I had already received, btw). I fixed the spelling mistake, applied the credit and my new hoodies were here in no time… ABSOLUTELY PAINLESS! That is outstanding customer service!!

Only reasons it’s not a 5 star review, is two reasons, otherwise it’s a 4.8!! First, the material, the hoodies themselves are a heavyweight material, which I like a lot, they’re warm!! But what I don’t like is they have absolutely no stretch to them like a normal sweatshirt/hoodie would have. And the second reason, I wasn’t impressed with the color of the white printed letters on the hoodies, it looked almost faded or not totally opaque… Usually I like that sort of faded, vintage, worn in look and I never would have minded this other than it just so happened that I wanted the white lettering to stand out and be bright and obvious because these hoodies were sort of a joke for my best friend for Christmas! Overall, I am happy with the my purchase and the product and more than happy with the quality customer service I received, especially since it was just hours before Christmas and patience can sometimes run thin for both the customer and the customer service associate. I wish I could remember his name because I’d totally give him a MAJOR personal shout of for being super accommodating and very very nice. I do remember it was quite late in the night and he had an Irish 😍 accent 😉🤤☺️

This t shirt washes well and doesn't fade. A great way to bring a smile to someone or yourself!

Printing is clear and bright!

Fabulous design, love this blanket and was excited to receive it so quickly. Excellent customer service..when I realized I made an error re shipping, they were very responsive. Thank you for such a timely turnaround!

I tweaked the design and added a color and it was all as expected.

The overall product is nice, fabric seems durable. The apron’s merlot color was perfect, as well as the print design. Downside,there are no pockets and the all over print is really the front square chest-stomach area of the design, not what I consider “all over”. Designed and printed last minute without a guaranteed delivery before Christmas, I receive a day earlier than expected.

I was satisfied with the overall color of the apron, as well as the actual printing of the design. I wasn’t necessarily happy with the all overprint option, which to me isn’t all over printing. All in all, they did a fine job.

Very nice t-shirt. We have a fraternity reunion every year and my husband will wear it one of the days. I plan to give it to him for Valentines Day.
