Love how this sign/poster looked! It worked perfectly in a gold frame. Very reasonable price, easy to customize online, and it arrived on time in the mail. Took a star off due to the lighter font/print. The preview online looked darker and I selected black but it came out more of a charcoal grey.

Clean finish. The color of the font/print was lighter than it looked on the online preview. It looks fine since it was such a large sign/poster. Looked more like a charcoal grey than black font.

(Problem was fixed very quick and painless.) Product was shipped folded in half and poster was badly damaged. I contacted customer support and was sent a new print (free of charge) in less than a week. Great turn around time. I was able to get it sent off in time for the baby shower.

Printing turned out great. Exactly how I expected it. I had a bit of an issue with sizing when I uploaded my image, but that very well could have been an issue on my end. Print was border to border.

The print is beautiful on good paper and it was very nicely framed. They did justice to the work.

The poster arrived in a bent triangular box opposed to an actual poster container. I am upset because this is the seating chart for my wedding and it looks terrible because it is wrinkled, bent and the color is nicked in some places because it was so bent. I am so disappointed.
