The sign came bent a damaged. The box was damaged in transit.

The name McKenzie is covering the text. I just opened it this morning and saw this. I have never had a problem with your company and our wedding is in two weeks and I need this for the entrance. I can’t believe someone didn’t catch this before got printed.

This was not the scale I wanted and I thought I was ordering the poster that is pictured on the site in a frame. There was supposed to be a designer to double check the orders and it's hard to believe they thought I wanted cut off images. I'm disappointed they did not reach out to me to explain the images were cut off. I was relying on the poster dimensions listed for the framed poster.

The paper is very cheap and the image is slightly blurred and not clear. Not very happy about the quality for the cost

Gave it a 3 for the image to be generous. I have bought many canvases and this one is not stretched at all with probably six Staples holding it to a flimsy wooden frame. Sigh. Glad i liked the print. Lesson learned

This was supposed to be a birthday gift for a 15-year-old. I spent a lot of time going through all of the photos to make this really neat collage. When I received it, it was rolled up, wrinkled, & bent. The very light-weight package it came in was torn. I wasn’t even able to put it in a frame because it was so torn up. Very, very disappointing & frustrating!!!

Very disappointing. The box was half open. Posted was rolled without anything to keep it sturdy so it arrived WRINKLED. I want my money back.

Somehow the images in placement all shifted down on the right side of the poster. It was too late to reorder and was very disappointed.

I would not order this again. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Half of the order was missing, and the one item I got which was this….looked cheap and flimsy and it was $8 for a sheet of printer paper! Never again.

My design on Zazzle shows the correct information but what I received does not. If the final design looked like this, I’d have expected someone to reach out to verify that I wanted it the way it was printed. Guess I’ll be ordering again. Sad as I was hoping to use this in two days at my next market.

Great quality poster. We ordered it for our welcome sign at our wedding. Was delivered quickly and packaged safely. I would highly suggest to use a higher quality photo, but it turned out great!

This is the second time I’ve ordered this . And it still isn’t what I ordered . The first time I was sent the template after I had already input all my information to customize it . This time it is not the size it said it would be, and was more expensive . I don’t understand .

The blanket is just beautiful

I was excited to get this backdrop that matches our beautiful wedding invitations. But what arrived does not look like the picture on the website. For the price, really disappointed.
