First poster was lost in mail. The replacement arrived with multiple creases and a rip in the poster. Customer service was very helpful. The original poster arrived a month after ordered and didn’t have creases or rips so it was usable.

It arrived exactly as I expected. Always great quality.

Paper was really thin, I thought going for the heavyweight paper would mean that it could be used as a sign but the truth is that it needs sticking to a board or putting into a frame. Tried sticking it to a board and it was ruined. Total waste of money.

Better than we could hope. It will be the center piece of our high school graduation partry.

I ordered a 3'x5' poster with many photos I downloaded for a 50th birthday party. Was worried because of the large poster size they would not all be very clear. The poster turned out awesome!! And the turn around time to receive it was great. Thank you very much !

Love it. It really brightens up things in my bathroom. I'm still collecting more pieces to complete the set. Printing is good and so are the colors.

This is the 5th or 6th blanket I have created through Zazzle, and I’ve about the same amount of pillows, all as gifts! I can’t say enough about the quality and the customer service experience. My only and MAJOR complaint and disappointment is that the personal message I write has NEVER been included with the item!!! I have spoken at length with the representatives, they see the message and assure me it will be included, but never is! So therefore the recipients have no idea who is sending this beautiful, thoughtful gift! I’m hoping the person/department in charge of overseeing and completing orders sees this review and makes the necessary adjustments to be sure gift messages are included in the package!!! The messages are personal to the recipients and MUST be included. This is the only reason I cannot give Zazzle 5 stars, it just is an ongoing issue since my first order of at least 5 years ago!
