The quality was good. My problem was the size. I thought it would be bigger so that people could wear them at the funeral. They were the size of a quarter. Hard to see what they were saying.

Printi g was on the wrong side of the floor mat and was upside down. Waiting for replacement.

They was not what I expected

The magnet was beautiful. Although two never arrived and I was refunded, without my knowledge for only one of the magnets. All I wanted was the two magnets replaced but after a lot of back and forth I realized Mark was not budging. I was in total compliance with every piece of documentation he asked for, but that did not matter! It was not worth any more of my time and effort for something that so easily could have been resolved. For such a big company, customer service absolutely stinks! How could you take a customer's money, give them a partial refund without their knowledge on the other magnet and flat out refuse to just simply replace the two magnets that never arrived? Zazzle you shorted me for the other missing magnet! Employees need a course in customer service because the back and forth arguing that I received was ridiculous and total nonsense! Of course, this will not make a dent in their multimillion-dollar company! I will never recommend Zazzle due to the way I was treated! I disputed the charge with my American Express card and they simply refunded me the full amount without even dealing with Zazzle because of the resistance I received throughout the process! GOODBYE ZAZZLE!
