Thank you for the work piece.

This was a fun party favor and looked exactly like the design image.

The print quality was terrible, my sign was two sided (portrait) and the image was printed inverted on one side. Supposedly, the reprint was being managed by quality control, but the reprint was inverted also. Then customer service just stopped responding and my project was not fixed in time for my granddaughters Senior Night, very disappointing. I sent several emails and finally received an account credit for the order, however, that does not make up for the fact that the order was for a very important event and Zazzle Quality Control and Customer Service failed us. I uploaded photos and video to customer service previously. Not attaching it again. Zazzle needs to add instructions on how to place images on portrait signs so they are not printed inverted.

Nice, but my understanding pre-order was that the text would be double sided, which it wasn't. The text could have been clearer, and it did not come with a pouch which again I understood it would.

I didn’t expect the matchbox print to be done on a sticker and then attached to the match boxes.

Perfect order... These stickers came out so so so beautiful and they look awesome on the matchboxes. Pro tip: Make your font size bigger than you think you will need. For the initials on the tree, try starting with "Walter Turncoat" 10 pt font. This is the right height font for that little heart. From there change your font to whatever you want but try to keep that height. It will print beautifully, not blurry, so so cute, I'm SO excited to give these as favors. THANK YOU to this Zazzle seller - and shipping was very fast!!

I purchased this clock, but the hands are not working properly. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service days to no avail. My question is how can the seller not check their products before sending out. Please purchase at your own risk.

Bought this for my friend. He dropped it & it broke a year later & we were very pleased to find it again on your site!! I like this one better because it has a dark interior. Would not show any coffee stains over time.
