Cute napkins and plates. I hope daughter likes them for her birthday.

The original mug arrived with faded coloring. The 2nd mug arrived in several pieces. I want a replacement mug and I am not getting a resolution.

It was linked up in the box. There was a white line from the damage. Otherwise it looked amazing. I’m just worried that it won’t handle travel/use.

The pillow was amazing and loved by all the people I gave it to. The delivery system however was very scary. The pillows arrived in batches of 6 and then 3 more and then 3 more and then 1 over the course of 2 weeks. I was so worried that they are lost. I also reached customer service. They said that the pillow are split in 2 shipments. So when the 2nd shipment arrived I was more worried because not all the remaining ones came together. I was expecting someone from Zazzle to reach out and help with the situation but I was just worried and had to wait and pray that all my 13 pillows arrived on time.

We put the banner up to a table but it was too long and hid the bottom writing so we put it up at the inside top of a tent shelter with Velcro tape and Velcro hooks but it didn’t stay do we put it back down against the table. Everyone loved the banner and message!
