Really unhappy with this print job and haven’t heard back from the artist. Won’t order again from her

My order arrived late, despite ordering a couple of weeks ahead of time. Since this was specifically both gifts for Father's Day, that delay was significant. Worse, when I got updated that it would be late, they did not let me speak to someone to correct it. When I asked for the support chat ("Ask Zee"), it kept saying someone would respond on the chat and they never did (I checked multiple times and left the chat open for the whole day) The mugs themselves were fine. The customer service was atrocious.

Very disappointed in this tile....paid extra to have it viewed for perfection...the yellow in the tulip is brown and there are black lines in the flower...also, it has a label on the back "Made in China"....I thought items on Zazzle were made by local artists!

This mug is absolutely beautiful. The green handle and inside of the cup go so well with the logo I created. The logo started out as a joke after my wife broke her hip and I took over all chores, maintenance, & repairs. I hired my dachsund to be second in charge and we formed a collective. It is so funny! The 2 cups I ordered are my favorite cups! Good job Zazzle.

Timely delivered and beautiful

The Veteran in our family loved his coffee mug. The images are clear and just as pictured. Also, being able to choose a color for inside and handle is a unique option that was a huge hit. We had to order a second one!

My banner was supposed to arrive between July 8-10. It is NOT arriving till July 13. I need it for July 12 son's going away party. I even paid for shipping. Wasted money.

When I received my mug, it the print wasn't centered horizontally and it really didn't look good. However, I sent a message to customer service with a picture of the mug, a screenshot of the live preview, and explanation of the problem and a replacement request. Four days later, the replacement was delivered, and it looks great! Very happy with Zazzle's responsiveness and how quick they were to fix the error.

Edges were cut that shouldn't have been. I was well within the safe zone according to the template but when the banner was cut for the full bleed the left and right edges weren't cut correctly. However, I will still be using it because it is still displayable. The only reason I can see it is because I designed it. From a distance it doesn't appear to be imperfect. Thank you for the speedy turn around on this I will continue to use your services in the future.

Cute Snoopy & Woodstock wrapping paper. Perfect as always. I have never been disappointed. Great wrapping paper for a big Snoopy fan who enjoys receiving her "personalized gifts."

Napkins were received and we could not be more happy. The quality was amazing, the color and design was exactly as expected.

I was disappointed with the matches. The box was very lightweight and felt flimsy. The personalized design was applied as a sticker, and it didn't even cover the entire box, which made the product look inexpensive. Overall, the quality did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this product to anyone. We have been repeat customers for years, and this was a definite miss on Zazzle's behalf.

I love this pillow. I also have the throw and a towel in my room. It’s such a pretty accent.
