Lots of these came wrinkled. Both this size and the other size. I will still use them but this is definitely not Zazzle quality.

My sister’s birthday guest loved these pictures! I wish you could order replacement picture to use in projectors.

I accidentally ordered this item. I wanted a standard mug. I should have scrolled down to the description to learn about the difference, because that's the only way one would know. The sample images on the page don't include an example that would help a customer see that the mug changes property to reveal your artwork. A video or still image showing hot water pouring into the mug mid-reveal would have been helpful there. I also find the mug never quite becomes white all the way around. There's always a brown or grey cast to part or all of the mug, which makes it look dirty or dingy. The rim area discolors where a user's lips touch it, which looks disgusting. Customer support responded quickly to draw attention to my error. It's not worth going to the post office to return it. So the mug will remain at the back of my cupboard, until I decide to use it for paint brushes or leave it in a "free" box on my stoop.

The bowl turned out well. But there were significant shipping and delivery issues. I had to spend a lot of time dealing with getting this item delivered to my house.

With the arrival of these throw pillows, our living room feels more warm, and ready, for the Fall season. The pillows are exactly what I imagined when I ordered them. Thank you!

Not what I expected. The print was much too small on the names. Also the napkins arrived with creases and wrinkles.

Jan loved the coffee cup. I was well made, vibrant, and a perfect size.

Not a product review but more a comment on the deceptive shipping practices. Order said it shipped on Aug 19th but that is false. The shipping label was printed at that time, Zazzle's site says its shipped. Ups tracking shows the label was created but it was never received by Ups over 2 days later, which means it wasn't scanned into their system. I needed this by this Saturday and it won't make it here now and I payed for expedited shipping. Consider not sending updates to customers that orders are shipped before the carrier actually has the package.

So disappointed 😞 the printing job was such low quality and looked nothing like the preview image that I had approved. You can't even see the images on the napkin at all!

Love it! Print quality is great, construction of the banner is really thoughtful. It comes with a zipping carrier bag. The feet at the bottom swivel inwards for compact transport. There's a pole you have to run up the back for stability and the 3 parts are connected by a cord so you never lose them. Very well designed product.

I like it and the design reminds me of college days again.

Beautiful! Print is a little lower on the cup than in the preview but I like it... no having the print near my lips so that's nice. I'll post a pic later if I can.

I paid over $25 for Rush shipping and it arrived 4 days after it said it would and not in time for the event I bought it for.

I've used this with other logos and they came out great. Unfortunately this time the logos that are supposed to be round are egg shaped. Not sure if I should just toss them or just use them at home.

Couldn't have had a better experience with the banner they created for me. High quality, delivered on time as promised, looked great. Only my 2nd time working with zazzle and both experiences were just perfect on all fronts! Will be back again and again!
