I was sent a kids apron.. I clearly didn’t order a kids apron. This is disappointing. Please send me what I ordered.

Very beautiful however when I sent it to my friend I had the address wrong so I ordered a two sided one that I have Zazzle mailing directly to him! Cool stuff! High end! Love it!

These were not good looking napkins and they had the white on there. When I ordered they had the black. It was all black napkins and also the picture looks distorted and everything. These was terrible. This was horrible are not able to use these at all requesting some type of conversation thank you. I understand things happen but this really threw my party off where I cannot use them.

My banner was awesome - well i did mess it up when ordering it, but Zazzle reached out to me right away and said "this isn't what we think you wanted" and they were right! Cancelled my order and i was able to redo based on their advice. Great customer service focus and love their items and personalization options!

The were packaged very well in ice. I would definitely buy again. The minis were not all wrapped that well by the manufacturer. They should do a little better quality control. the stickers were awesome!

I sent a message to customer service immediately after receiving the mug, including photos. The logo is blurry and almost i.possible to read. It looks nothing Ilike picture. No one has ever gotten back to me. I will be trying again for resokution.

I never received it. I received a message from usps that it wasn't deliverable. Please send a new one or issue a refund.

Scam alert! Took money, created label, but sent nothing out. It's been 4 weeks and they're ignoring me.

We have not been able to use our 3 signs because we haven’t been able to find stakes that work for this size sign. The heavy duty ones we purchased from Zazzle did nothing. Steel ones have also not been able to keep the sign up right. I’m highly disappointed because we can’t use these signs at all

they sent me a cup with no photos.
