Loved ability to design exactly as I wanted. Product arrived quickly/earlier than expected. They were gorgeous! Printing was crisp, slightly raised and looks amazing! Functions perfectly, very robust! All recipients really loved them!! Great value and compares to other high end insulated beverage containers. My only complaint for such a high quality gift is there was no product info included on or with bottles (Thor brand, copper lined vacuum insulated.. no care/use info either - dishwasher safe or not/ hot/cold use etc). Wanted this information for recipients. would have been nice to include info sheet. Would order again!

The cup arrive in a timely matter and the cup was just as I expected. Great craftsmanship

They are not red but orange - disappointed in color.

The preview image wasn't what I expected when it arrived. It looks like real silver in the picture, but turned out to be porcelain painted silver.

Very disappointed! This was a gift to remember a loved one and the feedback was heartbreaking. It smelled like petroleum chemicals and very difficult to put the cover over the pillow insert. I ordered two more for family members and embarrassed.

Mug handle broke off after 1 day. It wasn’t dropped or mishandled. Very disappointing.

Disappointed by the color and definition of the bow. The pillow itself is great. I love the fact that there is a zipper so changing the insert is possible as it flattens in time. The bow is my main issue. It was supposed to match the invitation. As you can see from the picture I included in this review, there is a huge difference between the bow on the invitation and the bow on the pillow.. The pillow’s pink is more of a fluorescent pink where the invitation’s is more of a true pink. Additionally, the shading and lines of the bow on the pillow is not anywhere nearly as defined as they are on the invitation. I could have easily ordered a personalized white pillow cover with a pink bow on it anywhere on-line. The main reason I ordered it from this seller was because I wanted the pillow to match the invitations.. same color, same bow But that’s not what I received. Very disappointed. The font, size, and color of the personalization came out beautifully. I just wish the bow looked more like the one on the invite

Half of the print is smeared and blurry. And there is a HAIR trapped in the glaze!

Took the photo on a nice camera, very high resolution, but both image itself and text are blurry. The bottom is one long white stripe.

I’m not pleased with the snow globe. Photos are not clear. I would like a refund.

Not Happy The sticker peeled off NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

Disappointed as pillow form sent with pillow was too large to fit. The pillow curled up, couldn’t zip and wouldn’t lay nicely. I had to buy a different form to fit. Also the form sent was very flat. Definitely not what was expected for the price. Not worth the money paid.

The image on the front that I didn't customize is blurry. I bought 2 to give as gifts and was really disappointed that you can't read any of the side text.
