solid mug; artwork/lettering look great

I like the design but was disappointed the color was more orange than red. I also didn't think the picture was as sharp as other zazzle ornaments I've ordered

The grandkids love seeing their names on the wrapping paper!

The coffee cup is great, except I thought I removed the proverb from the back of the cup. However it appears it was added on after I used the edit option. I can't give this to my sister-in-law, with the proverb on it. I can't find a way to return. This was the first and last time I will order off of Zazzle.

cute design, terrible quality. printing is awful you can't even see the photo

Pelican clock is very good quality except the back ground color is too dark in the picture online looked lighter.

Wrong product, I tried to respond and experienced only an AI-mediated response which was of no help. I tried connecting with their return center for 100% satisfaction but I could not get a connection from Zazzle. I will not use Hassle again and recommend the same to others. Robert C.

They have the right name on the front but had a whole different persons name on the back!!!

The Image did not print clearly

I was not happy with the color. It should have been RED as the name states. These are orange😩

Do not order this!!! You will get napkins with “The Anderson’s” printed on them EVEN WHEN YOU DO NOT PERSONALIZE! The picture on website is deceiving… shows an example of personalizing using “The Anderson” name. When you order I did not check the box or personalize… I just wanted JOY on napkins. (My last name is not Anderson) When I contacted customer service 4 times they said that’s what you get unless you undo everything… I have no idea what they are talking about because there is a specific line you must fill in to personalize. Customer service was terrible. No refund! Totally disappointed in ZAZZLE. buyer beware!

I ordered personalized napkins for a gift in script font for a home bar room. Beautiful. The recipient will love them and it’s a unique useable gift.
