great one, i really like it

All napkins have a heavy crease :/ I don’t know how to contact them to see if they’ll send out a new batch -my events in four days

The photo and coloring were great; however, I don't understand why business info that was original on the display cup when placing your order was not removed. There should be some instructions. I can't give the mug I ordered and my money was wasted.

Still waiting for the second, identical banner to be delivered. Promised by customer service to be asap.

This was the third tumbler I’ve designed and ordered. It is sad compared to the first two! The first two had bright glossy colors; this one was dull and flat with pixelation, using the same exact uploads. Not happy.

Was unhappy with the size and photo placement as it felt very squished at the top. Item was smaller than expected

Only one issue had wrong year

Banner had ink everywhere and parts of the logo doesn’t show. Very bad job

I ordered personalized wrapping paper for my son’s birthday, who is stationed overseas. It was a funny picture he sent me months ago that I used to personalize the wrapping paper with! He loved it! I will definitely use this company again!

I ordered 150 and received 50 after paying for shipping and handling. Seller didn't seem yo care and was in no hurry to do anything about their mistake except a refund. This did no good for the shower. Will avoid this seller

The print job is really poorly done. Streaks and stripes in the solid colors. Really embarrassed to have given it as a gift. Take your original picture, print it out on a cheap printer that's almost out of ink and you can get the same print job.

Received someone else’s engagement napkins! Zazzle doesn’t take live calls and their “chat” feature is a nightmare! I was informed that they are sorry and they will ship correct order in 4 - 5 business days! Rehearsal dinner is tomorrow! Thanks Zazzle and buyers beware! Horrible customer service.

The pillow for my friends 100th birthday is beautiful. It's made very good. Her name was perfect and the the colors are beautiful.
