We paid for the signature thick paper but did not receive this, instead received standard 18pt card thickness

The printing turned out great and I love the feel of the thick card stock. My only problem is that I assumed there would be a hole punched out since they were advertised as hang tags, instead there is just an outline of a circle where the hole should go. Now it’s made more work for me when I tag my products. I wish the listing was clearer about that, but otherwise I would reorder from Zazzle!

I came on to the site to look for gift cards. It may have been presumptuous of me to assume that a gift card would most likely be postcard size not business card size. I want to return these but I already promised clients that I would have them ready in 2 days on the 6th. This is highly inconvenient as now I have to tell people they are on backorder if they ask for them
