Zazzle Invitations

Pretty disappointed in my order. A few of the cards came scratched up and frayed on the edges. I didn’t pay $20 for a quality inspection but that shouldn’t be required. The company should be inspecting that anyways. I went with a template that was basically already ready and just filled my info. Some writing is way too small. I will not be ordering cards from this company again.

They are extremely hard to get ahold of and dont respond back to messages THEY PRINTED MY CARDS OFF CENTER and i paid $5.99 for the quality check which didnt happend and paid expedited shipping $16.22 and they are not refunding that ship fee back. PLEASE have human message me on this SMH.

If I could leave a ZERO, I would. I have no faith in receiving my order; it is now over a week late. Zazzle's "Ask Zee" does not help and will not connect me with a human agent. Zazzle's "Leave a Message" feature errors out both online and on an Android. FedEx claims the shipper (aka Zazzle) must initiate a "case" before they'll provide any information. I believe the product will be wonderful if it ever arrives. If there is another way to file this complaint, please let me know.

The card is great. Quality superb. Problem is with UPS Mail Innovations the shipping company. The UPS drivers do not deliver to the door and leave the cards in the lobby where they are prone to theft. Otherwise everything is great.

I had ordered one sample, liked the way it turned out and ordered enough for the holidays. The printing was excellent and the postcard is just what I wanted.

THIS IS PERFECT! My wonderful daughter in law’s dad owned a Christmas Tree Farm ❤️and she has fond memories of being with him in his red truck to deliver them! I’m sending one and framing the other! Thank you!!!🙏

I appreciate your customer support, but the 2nd revision resulted in the same bleed-through.

It is soooo cute but it was bigger than I expected it to be, but none the less I loved it.

Turned out beautifully. Nice bright red! I love it!

I didn't like it. The card arrived with a matte, dull, and lifeless finish.

I chose to have zazzle address my envelopes, and when I chose the font that was one of the options more than half of my invites have been returned because the address is non-deliverable because of the font. I tried reaching out to support to inform them and have been ignored for weeks, upset with zazzle and wish I didn’t pay for zazzle plus.
