Although the zazzle experience was excellent, the shipping was a disaster. We were assured delivery by Thursday 10/23 but did not receive the programs until late on 10/25. These were for a funeral and we needed to attach a photo. Customer service was useless. Was that AI??

I made it personal on some of the cards by adding a bow to the door with the receivers last name initial. I also added a gift bag in the snow and Santa and reindeer flying across the sky.
