I ordered 1000 business cards just to find out from customers my QR codes didn’t work!?!?

I am a small business andI ordered these beautiful foil tags for an upcoming event. I reached out to Zazzle when I received my order as most of the foil tags were simply black-and-white, actually more like gray and white the very first card had a little bit of gold sparkle but the rest were very dull. I I didn’t ask for a refund. I just wanted a replacement, however, I never even received my replacement and it’s been nearly a month. Not very impressed with the Zazzle quality control or customer service at this moment. I love Zazzle products but quality control and customer service needs to up their game. I would be happy to rewrite my review of the product, if customer service can get me my replacement on time and good quality.

This was the perfect card for a friend in need. I'm so glad these are available.
