Lovely design really nice

One order, 9 items for a wedding seating chart. The order was partially received, multiple tables had a line through the page, top table was missing. Contacted Zazzle, who apologised and got replacements ordered and the postage was free and expedited (least they could do). Also advised that the top table would be sent out separate, which is fine, but there was nothing to indicated this in the order. Replacements received and they are a completely different colour to the original order and are unusable. I now don't seem to be able to contact Zazzle about it, as there was an issue with the same order previously and it won't let me report an issue on an order more than once. So no refund, no replacement. Terrible customer service and I'm out of pocket. Save your money and buy from Etsy.

I was surprised when the card arrived huge (8 1/2 by 11)--guess I'm used to the more traditional default size. BUT it is absolutely gorgeous, I personalized it with photos, a birthday card for a friend of 50+ years. He loved it, birthday IS today.

It was my first time designing my own and I got the minnies which I adore and they are beautiful.

The card and the design is absolutely beautiful and perfect my only negative thing is I wanted to purchase a digital download of the design. One so I could keep for keepsake and the other because I ended up needing just a few more then I had ordered. I have contacted Zazzle several times. And get the same response to go to my orders and click on the download option. THERE IS NOT ONE! so I specifically asked customer service if I can buy just a digital download copy and same response so ended up with no help at all. As far as the design and designer that has nothing to do with them that is all through Zazzle. So that was a high disappointment on Zazzle behalf. How hard would it be to help me out when I’m trying to purchase it instead of just copying the invitations by scanner and printing which doesn’t come out as clear hence the reason I wanted to purchase it to print the few extra I needed.

I have been using zazzle since 2018 and have seen a serious decline in the quality of the paper, print, envelopes and now changing the actual design with no indication of the change. Looking into other sources from now on.

Everything was terrific, except the miscalculations that I made myself in the design work.

The card quality and colours are lovely I am very pleased with it.

The card is beautiful and I appreciate the assistance of Zazzle customer support to make the text layout perfect! I was very disappointed that the card was delivered five days late after I paid a lot of $ to have it arrive by a certain date. It was challenging to get Zazzle customer service to make the situation right, but they finally did.
