Loved the fun design and quality of this card. I received many compliments. The envelopes could have been a little thicker, but overall, so happy that I shopped with Zazzle for my Christmas photo cards. I had always used other online shops for cards, but I will definitely use Zazzle for future purchases. The design process was easy and shipping was quick.

I paid for December 15th delivery. It didn’t arrive. I have sent customer service several messages, no response.

Sadly, I recieved double-sided square prints with the print on both sides. Not regular folded greeting cards like I ordered. I couldn't even use them as postcards, because the image was printed on both sides. It was weird and disappointing that no one had realized these things were totally unusable before shipping. It felt like too much of a hassle to make a return, and honestly I was just mad, and there isn't time to get them to use for holiday cards now, so I didn't say anything about it until I got this request for a review. I've gotten great stuff from Zazzle before, so hopefully this is a one-off.

I made a Christmas card order that was a 3 page card. I have never done a picture card, because I have never been impressed with the ones I have received. I had ordered other things from here and they were done really well. I liked the card so well I made a second order.

I expected the QR code to go to the Google review page. It doesn't it goes to our website where there are not any specific instructions on where to find where to review - at the bottom of the home page and that won't be there on our updated site. Can you reprint with the correct. Everything else looks good but I really can't use these as it.

website said that it would be shipped one day, but only got shipped 8 days later.

The captions for the pictures were ridiculously blurry. The pictures were also so grainy and awful. Very disappointed and upset with turnout. I’m bummed I paid extra for fast shipping too.

This cards came out much better than I expected. I purchased they as an easy way to give people my youtube and tiktok channel if I interview them. They were on a holiday sale and came out to 28 bucks after shipping for 100 cards. The signature matte cardstock as a base model, made me worry the cards might be cheesy and flimsy. Was I wrong! These came out like some professional looking cards that cost way more. First time ordering from Zazzle and I am impressed.

Have been ordering custom inscribed holiday and birthday cards from Zazzle since 2014. Using an online transcription app. I translate what I want to say. Then make sure it's correct. Insert the translation onto the card. When I recieve the finished product, it's exactly as I ordered

These are absolutely adorable! Very high quality and so great for packing in book boxes and even handing out. Will definitely buy more of these.

Print arrived with in poor condition (damage). I unfortunately, can not return them for a replacement or refund as I need them for my business right away. I usually receive excellent condition cards, and always source through Zazzle but they disappointed me this time.

loved it. not trying to sound like scrooge, but most people i know will eventually throw away the holiday cards they get. why not go small. first time trying this size. my grandmothers both said make it a little bigger. so next year will try a bigger size

I love it! It's exactly like the picture. Great quality. I would recommend.

Overall, I am ok with the print quality which is darker than I'd like but not too far off my expectations. However, I am missing 10 envelopes of the 5 x 7 size and 2 of the smaller (different image) cards. I have tried going through the assistant robot to fix this problem but the id# on the paper work sent comes up as invalid and there is no telephone number to talk with a human...frustrating experience.

I would have liked to send this card to my son however Zazzle delivered to the wrong address & sent me someone else's order. I was on with chat for 1 1/2 hours on the weekend because they don't offer live representatives to speak on the phone to customers. I once again went to chat this morning since my email isn't working and finally chatted with a person who said they'd expedite the cards, however I see they've not been resent. I understand people make mistakes but this is terrible customer service! I guess my son who has special needs won't be getting this special Christmas Card...
