Zazzle Invitations

I absolutely LOVE these cards. I am a Musician who’s playing some major festivals this summer and the QR code on my card will help to build my social media following. I will definitely be ordering more cards from your Company! Thank You. Jimmy James.

I ordered these business cards on May 20 along with a reorder of luggage tags. I accepted the free month of Zazzle"plus", which I now must assume meant no home delivery. When I realized this, I emailed customer service and asked the delivery be changed. On May 26 I was told it was too late, although neither order had arrived yet (and the business cards didn't arrive for another week). Today I drove to the pickup point where I was handed a soft bag inside of which was a crumpled cardboard box with my business cards inside. Did no one realize that paper gets crushed when heavier things are placed on top of them - like in a delivery truck or warehouse? In addition to several creased cards, it looks like they were stacked and packaged before the ink dried, as there are imprints from the back of one card onto the front of the next. This is unacceptable in terms of quality of product and caliber of service.

The text which clearly shows in the box for the inside was not printed. The cover was fine.

The sheet is beautiful. My disappointment comes in that it was shipped in an envelope with no “do not bend” instructions on it and no protective cardboard on the front and back. The cardstock arrived crumpled because no care was taken to ensure that it remained in good condition. In the 18+ years I’ve been shopping with Zazzle, this is the first order I have been disappointed with.

Just a little dispointed i missed the personalize this design for text on back which I didn't change. All my games now have Natalie's Bridal Shower 5-26-20XX. Its too bad no one on your end picked it up. Now I have 220 games with this one.

This was printed on both sides - lines are so compact you really cannot write on them

When I completed my online personal message the card arrived with my personal message but also with the words ‘Your Personal Message’ . The website did not make it clear you had to delete these words prior to entering your own message. I would have thought this would have been noticed prior to the card being edited. I therefore wasted about £12.00 on a card I could not use !

Love the cards but there was a printing and cutting error. Really can’t use cards for my business that look like these. Check out my photo. They are lopsided. Either reprint them or refund them. Kind of puts me off because I’m a new customer.

These are so cute just wished I knew I could print the back before I purchased them.
