Zazzle Invitations

I ordered, and paid for, the envelopes that go with these encouragement cards. The cards were delivered, but the order was missing the envelopes as well as the shipping enclosure with QR code. Disappointing. Even more disappointing is the fact that no customer service phone number is given. This limits me since I am unable to email presently, plus time is running out. I have used Zazzle for all of my parties. They have always been excellent … I hope they continue.

The cards were not printed in the centre so I tossed them in the bin. I thought the fault was with me so I made new ones and used the websites self centring feature. second print, still not in the centre.

Second time I bought roughly the same design but this company can simply not centre your design correctly. 2.5mm space on side with 4mm on the other. Last time I bought here, refunds are practically off the table as well since they want to you return the personalised, badly printed cards which I binned the moment I opened the box.

Accurate and timely as always

Loved all of the options to choose from when ordering bridal shower invitations. Also loved the matching extra that were suggested and also needed. I used their envelope addressing feature which was fairly easy to figure out. When my order was received, the quality was perfect and everyone is commenting how pretty the invitations are. Very satisfied and will order again!

My nameplace cards were expected to be here on 5/13 but still haven't arrived. Estimated shipping times are very inconvenient. I still don't have a estimate on when I will get them and my son's graduation invites will be going out late.

The bridal shower invitation turned out great! I was a little nervous because I had some issues with spacing the information out without it looking crowded.
