THANKING them for their continued efforts every single day because they always do special things for people. I chose the font and the font color specifically that I thought would show my special feelings for them for all they do. I colored the inside of the pages. Picked out the font I wanted. Picked out the color of font. Used my own words and poems. When they received it they were super impressed and grateful for the acknowledgment.
